DESCRIPTION:Roll up your sleeves and join the fun as we get ready to bless hundreds of families through the Muscatine Mobile Food Pantry! On Pack it Forward Monday night\, we’ll team up to build food boxes from the River Bend Food Bank delivery\, making sure each box is packed with care and ready for distribution. \nVolunteers will help:✅ Pack food items into boxes from the pallets of donated goods✅ Stage boxes for smooth distribution flow on Tuesday✅ Set up the facility and parking lot for the big day✅ Knock out any trash and cleanup needs so we’re ready to roll \nNo heavy skills needed — just a willing attitude\, good shoes\, and a bunch of energy! We’ll work together\, laugh together\, and know that every box packed is a gift of hope for a neighbor in need. \nIf you would like to volunteer\, let us know you’re coming by RSVPing below — we can’t wait to serve alongside you!

DESCRIPTION:Join us for Pantry Pickup Day – part of the Muscatine Mobile Food Pantry\, hosted by Muscatine Church of Christ in partnership with River Bend Food Bank and local volunteers. Our goal is to make sure everyone who needs food can get it safely\, fairly\, and with as little stress as possible-for both guests and volunteers. To do that\, we use two coordinated systems each month: \nRSVP Early to Save Time\nAbout 10-14 days before the pantry distribution\, when we know how many families we will be able to serve\, we open RSVPs (reservations). Here’s what you need to know: \n*If you register online and receive a confirmation email with your QR code\, you’re already checked in. \n*Please enter from the north side by taking Tipton – Bayfield – Mulberry Avenue to help reduce congestion on the bypass. \nFirst-Come\, First-Served Boxes Always Available with Check-In at the Palms Theater\n*Each event includes a set number of drive-up boxes available without RSVPing online. \n*These are distributed first come\, first served starting at 1:30 PM. \n*If you weren’t able to RSVP online\, you can still receive food by coming to the church. \n*Volunteers will get you checked in and then cooridnate volunteers getting your box. \nWhy We Do It This Way\nWe balance limited resources with community access by: \n*Giving families who RSVP peace of mind that a box is waiting for them. \n*Making sure those without internet access or who register late still have a way to receive food. \n*Managing traffic\, wait times\, and volunteer workload so the experience stays safe and efficient for everyone. \nHave a question?
